It was a small thing, but I really liked the way that he'd obviously taken the time to go back through and read my notes before I entered the room for the appointment, that way he already had a grasp of why I was seeing him and I didn't have to explain over old ground. It made the appointment feel more personal and he took the time to listen to what I had to say.

I was able to get an appointment on the same day with Dr Church which was comforting and impressive. He explained that my infection was viral and would be best treated with over the counter remedies. This I accepted and was happy with the diagnosis.

Having seen most of the doctors at the Beversbrook practice, I've always preferred to see Dr. Church. Other doctors at times you never know what mood they will be in as to how you will be treated during your appointment. With Dr. Church he has always been patient and caring and takes time to listen. He has also been good at dealing with me over the phone if no appointment is available. He never seems to be in a rush to get you out of the room either, which is good, so you feel you are not a burden on his time, despite it being a very busy surgery.

I have been going through an extremely emotional time so went in the hopes of finding out what support and help i could get. Dr Church was fantastic. Was patient, understanding and helpful even as i cried my way through the appointment.
